How to start a return

Contact us through the contact page with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You don't need to ship the damaged item back.
